| Bermuda Bouquet | |
You need Gin, Apricot Brandy, Lemon juice, Orang ejuice, Sugar, Grenadine and Cointreau.
4 parts Gin (2 oz.)
2 parts Apricot Brandy (1 oz.)
1 part fresh Lemon juice (1/2 oz.)
1 part fresh Orange juice (1/2 oz.)
Bar Sugar (1 tsp.)
Grenadine (1 tsp.)
Cointreau (1 tsp.)
Orange twist
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker, except orange twist, with ice cubes and shake well.
Pour into chilled highball glass.
Add more ice if necessary.
Garnish with orange twist.

| Bentley Cocktail | |
You need Apple Brandy or Calvados and Dubonnet rouge.
4 parts Apple Brandy or Calvados (2 oz.)
2 parts Dubonnet rouge (1 oz.)
Lemon twist
Stir liquid ingredients with cracked ice in a mixing glass.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Bar Sugar (1/2 tsp.)
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Shake well.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well.
